TRACK CYCLING WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS – Day 5

Last day at the Track Cycling World Championships 2013 in Minsk (Belarus) and the young talented Stefan Bötticher (GER) made us proud!

He won clearly 2-0 but always be a few centimeter, really exciting final. He’s the future in German Track Cycling!

Men’s Sprint

Women’s Keirin

Sadly but Kristina Vogel (GER) crashed in the last lap in the final.

 

Men’s Madison

1. France

2. Spain

3. Germany

 

Lisa Brennauer (GER) made a good 7th overall place in the Women’s Omnium.

All over the Germans received 8 medals (3x Gold, 3x Silver and 2x Bronze). That means we are No. 2 in the medal standings.

 

By the way, this was the last track cycling event for the season 2012/2013.
